Pool & Gym Attendants 康养服务员

The Role 岗位职责：
1. Follow proper payroll and key procedures; follow proper procedures and keep to strict time management; receive and deliver information promptly and accurately.
遵循考勤及钥匙管理流程；遵守标准流程，严格时间管理；及时准确接收与传递信息。
2. Provide information and assistance to Resort guests, be familiar with all services and hours; escort guests to and from Pool & Gym politely; handle guest complaints about facilities/environment by comforting, reporting to SPA Supervisor, and following up.
为客人提供信息与协助，熟悉酒店所有服务及营业时间；礼貌陪同客人往返泳池及健身房；处理客人关于设施/环境的投诉（安抚、上报水疗主管、跟进反馈）。
3. Ensure Pool & Gym decoration and ambience meet standards; complete locker room preparation before daily operation (disinfect lockers, replenish towels/slippers, arrange vanity items, remove floor water stains).
确保泳池及健身房陈设与环境达标；每日营业前完成更衣室准备（消毒、补充浴巾/拖鞋、整理梳妆台、清除地面水渍）。
4. Coordinate shift handover to keep area clean with no blind spots; assist Housekeeping with deep cleaning (sinks, counters, floors, showers, bathtubs, steam rooms); keep linen and inventory room organized.
协调班次交接，保持区域整洁无死角；协助客房部深度清洁（洗手台、台面、地面、淋浴、浴缸、蒸汽房）；保持布草及库房整齐有序。
5. Plan ahead for fresh flowers and supplies; receive goods from stores and deliver safely to Pool & Gym.
提前准备鲜花及物资；从仓库领取物资并安全送至泳池及健身房。
6. Work closely with Engineering for preventative maintenance and proper equipment care to limit downtime; report malfunctions promptly and accurately.
与工程部配合进行预防性保养及设备正确使用维护，减少停机；及时准确上报故障。
7. Before daily operation, check pool floor anti-slip condition (clean up standing water) and gym equipment safety (e.g., treadmill emergency stop, dumbbell rack stability); report abnormalities immediately.
每日营业前检查泳池地面防滑（清理积水）及健身房器材安全（如跑步机急停、哑铃架稳定性），发现异常立即上报。
8. Respond properly to any emergency or unsafe situation; take care to prevent injuries to self and others; identify and report hazards.
正确应对任何紧急或不安全情况；注意避免自身及他人受伤；识别并上报安全隐患。
9. Work as a team to ensure effective operation of Pool & Gym; ensure proper closing procedures are followed at end of day.
团队协作确保泳池及健身房高效运营；确保每日结束时按流程闭店。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 1 years Gym experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少1年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店健身房工作经验。
