Lifeguard 救生员

The Role 岗位职责：
1. Follow proper attendance, payroll and key control procedures; adhere to standard operating procedures and strict time management; perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
遵循考勤、工资及钥匙管理标准流程；遵守岗位操作流程，严格执行时间管理；完成管理层安排的其他合理工作任务。
2. Ensure the safety and security of guests using the pool; monitor area at all times to prevent drowning, slipping, equipment failure; activate emergency response plan for abnormalities; actively patrol and stop dangerous behaviors (chasing, diving, non-swimming zones); contact security if needed.
保障使用泳池客人的人身安全；全程监控区域，预防溺水、滑倒、设施故障等事故；发现异常立即启动应急预案（如抛掷救生圈、呼叫支援）；主动巡视并制止客人危险行为（追逐、跳水、非游泳区活动）；必要时联系安保协助。
3. In case of guest drowning or sudden illness, implement CPR immediately, call 120, report supervisor, submit written report within 24 hours; respond appropriately during resort emergencies or unsafe situations.
发生客人溺水或突发疾病时，立即实施CPR等急救措施，同步拨打120并上报主管，24小时内提交书面事故报告；在酒店紧急或不安全情况下做出正确应对。
4. Check and record pool water pH and chlorine levels daily; maintain good understanding of pool operation, water quality and safety standards.
每日检查并记录泳池水质PH值与含氯量；熟悉泳池运营、水质管理及安全标准。
Cooperate with Engineering for preventive maintenance (life-saving equipment, pool circulation system); report and record malfunctions immediately; properly care for and use equipment to minimize downtime; ensure department supplies and equipment are in good functional condition; report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.
配合工程部进行设施设备预防性维护（如救生器材、泳池循环系统巡检）；发现故障立即上报并记录；正确使用与保养设备，减少故障停机；确保部门物资与设备状态良好、正常可用；及时、准确上报设备故障。
5. Work as a team to ensure smooth efficient operation; assist colleagues for full coverage; receive and communicate information clearly and promptly; remain polite, calm and professional; perform duties safely to prevent injury to self and others.
积极团队协作，确保泳池区域高效平稳运营；协助同事，确保服务覆盖全面、响应高效；及时、准确接收与传递信息；始终保持礼貌、沉稳与专业；安全执行工作，避免自身及他人受伤。
6. Maintain and enforce safety standards and procedures with all team members.
与团队共同维护并执行安全标准与操作流程。
7. Attend monthly lifesaving drills and training.
参加酒店月度救生演习与培训。
8. Complete and submit daily maintenance and operation records; assist in hotel activities and event programs as required.
完成并提交每日维护与运营记录；按要求协助酒店各类活动项目开展。
9. Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) are an advantage; good communication and organizational skills.
具备良好英语沟通能力者优先；良好的沟通能力与组织协调能力。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 3 years Pool experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少3年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店泳池工作经验。
