综合维修主管 Maintenance Supervisor

在工程总监或其代理的指导下，确保酒店设备按照洲际酒店集团标准运作，以确保实现最大化的效率和客人满意度。
Under the guidance of the Director of Engineering or his delegate ensures that the Hotels equipment is operated in accordance with IHG standards to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction. 
·负责客房、餐厅、后勤办公及公共区域的装修维修保养工作。
·Responsible for decoration, repair and maintenance of guest rooms, restaurants, logistics office and public areas.
·全面掌握小组的各项工作，检查、督促、协调组内人员的工作，在工作时间内必须不间断地对组内人员进行巡查、督导。
·Comprehensively master the work of the team, inspect, supervise and coordinate the work of the team members, and continuously inspect and supervise the team members during working hours.
·制定客房，餐厅，公区，后勤区域装饰面操作规程、日常保养，负责对使用人员的培训。督促班组人员巡查制度的落实及预防性维修计划的执行。
·Make decoration of guest rooms, restaurants, public areas and logistics areas; Supervise and urge team members to implement inspection system and preventive maintenance plan.
·认真做好班组人员的考核工作，如技术考核、出勤考核、执行《员工手册》的考核，并提出奖罚建议。
·Responsible for the assessment of team members, such as technical assessment, attendance assessment, implementation of employee handbook assessment, and Suggestions on rewards and punishment.
·展示对IHG个人防护装备（PPE）政策与程序的认识，确保安全地实施所有的程序并符合PPE指导准则，并确保你的直接下属同样如此。
·Demonstrate Awareness of IHG Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within the PPE guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.
·具备谨慎责任意识，并遵守各种与工作场所的健康与安全相关的IHG政策与程序。
·Be aware of duty of care and adhere to workplace health and safety related various IHG policies and procedures.
·熟悉物业安全、急救和消防及应急程序，安全、合理地操作设备。
·Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
技术学校电气/电子/机械制冷和空调/水管专业中任何一个专业毕业或接受过职业培训加上3年相关工作经验，包括1年担任管理职责的经验，或同等的教育和经历。拥有酒店经验者优先。持有法律可能要求的职业证书和许可证。
Technical school graduate either in one of the trades of electrical/electronic/mechanical/refrigeration & air conditioning/ plumbing or obtains vocational training plus 3 years of experience in related work, it include 1 year in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Hotel experience preferred. Professional certification and license if required by law.
