在餐厅前迎接和问候所有的客人包括潜在的客人应确保做到以下几点:
Meet and greet all guests, and potential guests, at the front of the Restaurant by ensuring the following:
确保餐厅在开业前以作好接待客人的准备,餐桌和餐椅都应根据开业标准准备就绪
Ensure the restaurant is ready to receive guestsprior to opening and that both wait staff and tables are ready in line withopening standards
确保餐厅的营运设备干净,处于正常运转状态
Ensure restaurant operating equipment is clean andin working order
根据酒店的标准保持完整的制服及良好的个人仪容仪表
Maintaining impeccable uniform and personalpresentation standards in accordance with hotel policy
接待客人到餐厅时,应使用餐厅的名字
Welcoming guests to the Restaurant, by using theRestaurant name
询问客人是否有预定,如果有应记录在预定簿上
Inquiring if they have a reservation and noting itin the reservation book if they do
如果客人没有预定,应根据他们的用餐喜好为他们预定,并记录在预定簿上
Creating a reservation for them with their diningpreferences if they do not and noting it in the reservation book
认真对待客人的要求
Being attentive toguest requests
根据酒店的标准带领客人到他们喜欢的或是预定的桌椅入座
Escort guests to their preferred table or reserved table and seatguests according to restaurant standards
根据酒店的标准在预定簿上记录电话预约
Take telephone bookings and document in theReservation book according to restaurant standards
按照迎宾的标准培训服务员
Trainwait staff and bus staff in hostess standards
认真对待客人的抱怨并尽可能解决问题,向主管汇报一切事宜
Be attentive to guests and resolve their complaintswhere possible, reporting all incidents to your Supervisor
负责迎宾台的清洁
Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of hostessstations
负责所有菜单及酒水单的清洁
Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of all menusand drink menus
完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
Demonstratedability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflectshighly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
Alcoholawareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlercard as required by local government agency.
能够读写英语。
Ableto read and write English
高中或酒店管理,餐饮或相关领域的职业证书。
HighSchool or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, orrelated field.
1年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
1years related experience or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.
