【岗位职责】
·
Supports
the Section Chef by preparing, presenting, storing and serving a selection of
dishes.
向部门厨师提供支持,对一系列菜肴进行制作、装盘、储存和上餐。

Adhere
to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance
requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and
procedures.
遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
负责西餐热菜厨房的日常运作和管理,确保菜品质量和出品标准Oversee daily operations and management of the Western hot kitchen, ensuring food quality and presentation standards.监督并指导厨师团队完成每日备餐、烹饪及摆盘工作Supervise and guide the chef team in daily preparation, cooking, and plating.根据菜单要求制定标准化操作流程,控制食材成本Develop standardized operating procedures based on menu requirements and control ingredient costs.检查厨房设备运行状况,维护食品安全与卫生标准Inspect kitchen equipment conditions and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.协助行政总厨研发新菜品并优化现有菜单Assist the executive chef in developing new dishes and optimizing existing menus.
【岗位要求 | Job Requirements】
具备西餐热菜烹饪专业知识和实操经验Professional knowledge and practical experience in Western hot kitchen cooking.熟悉西式烹饪技法及食材特性,掌握厨房设备使用Familiar with Western cooking techniques, ingredient characteristics, and kitchen equipment operation.能够承受工作压力,适应倒班工作制Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift schedules.具备团队管理能力和沟通协调能力Strong team management and communication skills.持有厨师职业资格证书者优先Possession of a professional chef certification is preferred.
