The Asst. Event Manager ’s main function is the sales and service of all banquet
functions. Be responsible
for adhering to all Marriott SOP’s or LSOP’s and policies.

Be responsible for the service of
all catering food and beverage. Direct all catering service efforts toward
guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance
of division stands, and profit maximization.

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
Event Planning & Coordination 活动计划与协调
Act as on-property guestpoint-of-contact (e.g., greet guests and fulfill guest needs) and facilitateevent experiences (e.g., food and beverages, service needs) throughout theprocess (pre-event, event, post-event). 在整个活动过程中(活动前,活动后,活动后),充当在产客人的联系点(例如,迎接客人并满足客人的需求),并促进活动体验(如食物和饮料,服务需求) 。Coordinate andcommunicate verbally and in writing with customers (internal and external)regarding event details. Follow up with customer post-event.与客户(内部和外部)就活动详情进行口头和书面的协调和沟通。 在活动后进一步跟进客户。Act as liaison betweenthe Sales Office sales person and customer throughout the event process(pre-event, event, post-event). Make availability known to customer at alltimes during this process. Solve problems and/or suggest alternatives to previousarrangements
