RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
工作职责
- Keepsgeneral appearance and maintenance of Room Service working areas.
- 保持工作场地的干净、整洁。
- Performsall duties as assigned by management.
- 及时完成酒店管理层所布置的所有工作。
- Preparesrequisitions for general and other supplies for approval of Supervisor; Obtainsrequested items from storeroom.
- 填写物品申请单,经主管批准后,从仓库领取物品。
- Picksup the order from kitchen and places on trays or trolley as per standardstipulated in the Operating Manual; supervisor to double check orders.
- 根据工作手册的标准,把从厨房领取的食品放入托盘或推车中;送餐前主管需再次核对。
- Accomplishesclearing procedures ~ Pick up trays or trolleys,Sorts dirty dishes from thetrolley to the dish washing area. Cleanall trays.
- 按照程序来完成清洁工作,在清洗间内整理用过的盘碟及清洗所有托盘。
- Cleansand polishes Glassware, China ware and flatware.
- 清洗并擦亮器皿。
- Maintainsmise-en-place level at working station and pantry for smooth operation.
- 要保持工作场地足够的物品及存货,以确保正常运营。
- Replenishessupply of linen and other Operating equipment.
- 补充所需的布件及其它设备。
- Handlespreparation and distribution of amenities and Fruit Basket.
- 负责准备、分发一次性用品及水果蓝。
- Occasionallyanswers telephone or goes up to guestroom to take order personally.
- 偶尔要接听电话或亲自到客人房间记录点菜。
