MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:工作职责
Assist the Assistant Director of Rooms in allaspects of housekeeping operations, in the various sections of the department. To ensure that only the highest standard ofcleanliness are maintained. To superviseand train housekeeping staff in accordance to approved policies andprocedure. Assume the responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper in her/his absence.
协助助理房务总监管理客房部和各个部门所有的营运,维护高标准的服务标准,根据规定管理和培训好客房部员工,在行政管家不在时担当起责任。
SPECIFIC DUTIES:工作任务
Ensure provision of Housekeeping services:
保证客房部的服务
1,Assist the Executive Housekeeper ininterviewing applicants and recommend appropriate personnel to the Assistant Director of Rooms foremployment. Ensure that only qualified staffs are hired in the department
协助行政管家面试前应聘的员工,确保录用高质量的员工。
2,Supervise and check daily staffing schedule andwork assignments prepared by the Head Floor . Ensure all areas are properlymanned.
管理和检查每天楼层经理准备的人员安排和工作安排,确保每个区域有足够人手
3,Check work and vacationschedules do not fall short when hotel is expecting high occupancy.
检查工作和休假计划,确保酒店在高入住率时不要缺少人手
4,Foster better coordination and harmonious effectivecommunication in the housekeeping department with other department.
和别的部门之间保持良好的沟通和协调
5,Ensure assigned areas are cleanand maintained up to hotel’s standards:
保证被分配的区域干净和达到酒店的标准
6,Conduct regular inspections of all areas of thehotel for security, cleanliness and maintenance purpose. Note down observationsfrom those areas regarding cleaning procedures, repair orders and maintenancedefects. Do necessary follow up and initiate appropriate action immediately.
实施日常的酒店检查、清洁、安全、和维护,并且记录不足之处,填写维修单,做好跟进工作并立刻行动
7,Spot check “turn down” services of VIP guests whoarrival during the day especially Marriott international guests.
