1. Liaisesclosely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads/inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order toconvert the leads / inquiries to confirmed event.
当销售团队操纵生意案例/ 需求(价格策略、特殊需求)时给予建议和支持,负责将咨询的生意转变为确认的生意。
2. Preparesproposals / contracts for leads / inquiries within reasonable time once receivedfrom Sales Managers.
一旦从销售经理处拿到生意需求时,合理的时间内为客户准备计划书/合同等。
3. Followsthrough from negotiation until departure for events assigned.
对于分派的会议事件从开始要坚持谈判。
4. Assiststhe Director of Sales in the forecasting of group room nights and banquetrevenue.
协助销售总监预测房间间夜和宴会收入。
5. Practicesup-selling at all opportunities during the event & service period tomaximise revenue.
在跟进活动的过程中和服务过程中寻找并抓住一些潜在机会尽最大可能去提升团队销售额。
6. Activelyparticipates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to Marketingbudget.
积极参与完成部门目标和达到市场预算。
7. Closelymonitors accounts revenue and business production.
紧密监控团队客户收入和生意产量。
8. Providesfeed-back on market trends and keep updated with client relationships andoverall business goals through close communication with Sales Managers andDirector of Sales.
提供反馈市场趋势,与销售经理和销售总监保持沟通,并与客户保持良好关系,不断更新整体经营目标。
9. Maximisesup-selling opportunities whenever possible.

10. Handlesinquiries for re-booking of business and new leads when Sales Managers are notavailable.
当销售经理没有新线索时,独立调查寻找潜在生意预定需求和新的询价。
11. Conductssite inspections for potential clients when Sales Managers / Co-ordinators arenot available).

12. Arrangesrelationship building visitations when necessary.

13. Maintainsclose communication with concerned Sales Manager during the process.

14. Liaiseswith clients on finalising details and gives professional advice on set-ups andplanning of events.

15. Ensureseffective communication with clients and internal departments.

16. Responsiblefor the dissemination of groups related information to other departments e.g.issues Banquet Event Orders, Group Resumes and chairs pre-event meeting.

17. Maintainsclose co-ordination with respective departments on organizers’ requirements andlast minute event requirements.

18. Bevisible to organizers and clients during their event/group dates and monitorsguest satisfaction.
让活动组织者和客户在活动/团队停留期间让其客人满意。
19. Overseesthe operation of banquet functions and works closely with various departmentsto ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.
检查宴会运行和与其一起工作的各部门工作,在所有的时间内确保有质量的服务给客人。
20. Regularlyreviews Master A/C postings to ensure postings are correctly done. Reviewsbills with organizers regularly so as to eliminate adjustments needed on finalinvoice.
有规律的回顾主要帐户抛入并确保其准确性,需要和客户一起回顾帐单以调整最终发票清单。
21. Involvesconcerned Sales Manager during post-event meeting and post-event follow up suchas sending Thank you letter & Post-Event Critique forms together.
和相关的销售经理一起跟进会议和活动,例如一起发感谢信和会议跟踪调查表等。
22. Verifiestotal charges and layout of invoices prepared by Accounts Receivable and sendsout to orgnizers.
校正总帐单和发票并由应收款部门准备和开发票给组织着。
23. Obtainsfeedback from clients and follows through with the necessary actions .
从客户处获得意见反馈并通过必要行动来跟进。
24. Refersleads and sends Event Profile information to relevant sister hotels or NSO/ISO(if any).
查阅会议案例和发送会议活动档案给相关姐妹酒店和总部区域销售部。(如果需要)。
25. Maintainsthe active Event Profile Database & Group Chart.
保持制定有效的会议活动数据档案及团队结构图。
26. Establishesand maintains files of major accounts and assists the Director of Banquet Salesin maintaining the Accounts Management System.
建立和维持主要的客户档案并协助宴会销售总监维护管理客户档案管理体系。
27. Establishesgood working relationship with internal customers (other departments of thehotel) and external customers (clients, event contractors, suppliers).
与内部客户(酒店其它部门)和外部客人(客户,会议承办人,供应商)等建立良好的工作关系。
