活动中心向导主要负责活动中心日常对客活动的执行，关注于客人满意度，部门运作标准和部门运作营收。
The Activity Guide is primarily responsible for events operations. The role is to focus on guest satisfaction, operations standards and profitability.
 
主要工作职责:
Core Responsibilities:
•           按照部门标准组织和指导客人参与活动，保证活动和服务的品质
•           Organize and guide guests to participate resort activities according to department standards and ensure the quality of activities and service
•           积极向客人介绍和销售活动中心活动，帮助部门增加收入
•           Actively introduce and promote resort activities to increase department revenue
•           控制部门运营成本
•           Control operating and merchandising costs
•           执行度假村及部门标准与程序
•           Executing resort and department standard operation procedure
•           按时参加部门培训
•           Attend departmental training on time
•           以身作则，确保度假村及部门标准与程序的安全执行Demonstrate Awareness of naked policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within naked guidelines
