主要工作职责:
Core Responsibilities:
In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up

Supervise cash handling and banking procedures

Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports

Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures

Deal with irregular payments

Supervise the maintenance of service equipment

Monitor standards of guest facilities and services

Control stock and monitor security procedures

To be responsible for the daily supervision of the restaurant, concentrating on service procedure and quality of product.

LANGUAGES: Good English in writing, speaking & reading.

QUALIFICATIONS /TRAINING: Education: High school graduate, university or travel school related course an advantage.
教育:高中、大学毕业,或者相关旅游学校毕业。
WORK EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in F&B, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position
经验:5年餐饮经验,至少2年以上管理职位经验
