工作职责：operating duty:遵守酒店的工作政策及程序Comply with the hotel's work policies and procedures遵守裸心谷度假村的规范以及员工手册中的条款Comply with the specifications of naked heart Valley Resort and the terms in the employee manual监督检查员工的服务质量及态度，及时汇报Supervise and inspect the service quality and attitude of employees, and report in time制定培训计划，提高员工素质Formulate training plan and improve the quality of employees制定下属排班表，提高效率Make shift schedule for subordinates to improve efficiency观察考核员工，定期提交评估表Observe and assess employees and submit evaluation forms regularly协助经理完成每年的固定资产，工程等事项的展开Assist the manager to complete the annual fixed assets, engineering and other matters积极参加度假村的活动或培训，起到带头作用Actively participate in the activities or training of the resort and play a leading role传达度假村的精神，并认真落实Convey the spirit of the resort and implement it carefully协助经理完成每年的固定资产，工程等事项的展开Assist the manager to complete the annual fixed assets, engineering and other matters时刻关注部门运营，发现问题，提出问题，汇报问题并解决问题Always pay attention to department operation, find problems, raise problems, report problems and solve problems尽量可以独立处理投诉事件的能力Try to be able to handle complaints independently收集客人意见，提出改进方案，提供更优质化的服务Collect guests' opinions, put forward improvement plans and provide better services
