Duties & Responsibilities：
职责义务：
To assist and perform in new work, repair and maintenance for the building fabrics and decoration work of carpentry, painting and mason.
协助及执行木器、家具、泥水及油漆及装饰的新建工作，维修及保养工作。
To assist in solving any problems on carpentry, painting and mason of hotel facilities.
协助解决木器、家具、泥水及油漆及装饰的新建工作，维修及保养的有关问题。
To attend emergency calls, e.g. fire alarm, lift breakdowns and pipe bursting.
如有紧急事故，需立刻前往。例如火警，升降机故障和水管破裂等。
To prepare shift duty roster for duty technicians of concerned sections.
为所属需要轮班的技术人员，预备 / 制定轮班职务时间表。
To complied with the safety regulations.
遵照当地的安全守则而进行。
To assist colleagues of other sections to perform daily maintenance and repair work.
协助其它部门的同事，执行每日的保养及维修工作。
Qualification：
任职资格：
5 years’ experience in relevant Trade.
不少于5年在相关行业的工作经验。
