Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist to Executive housekeeper in all area of the laundry
department. Coordinate very close with engineer to maintain the equipment.

Responsible for the operation and production of
dry-cleaning service & laundry service provided to guest to ensure hotel
standard is met and resolve all guests complaints with respect. Oversee and
monitor the application of detergent and use of machine to ensure the protection
of hotel and guests property. Conduct Interviewing, counselling and training to
all staff to ensure quality service is provided to hotel guests and staff are
work at their best.

Plans and schedule the day-to-work activities of laundry
personnel, ensuring that all hotel and guests requirements are met and taking
to consideration the occupancy and business forecast and preventive maintenance
schedules.

Evaluate staff half yearly. Reports infraction with proper
recommendation for disciplinary
action as well as, comments those
who has done good performance.

Manage the cleaning & tidiness of all working areas to
ensure hygiene standards is met.
管理所有工作区域的清洁和整洁,确保符合卫生标准。
Plan and organize training for laundry staff in the areas of
courtesy, efficiency, grooming and job knowledge (Especially for new staff).
计划并组织洗衣房员工在礼貌、效率、仪容整洁和工作知识方面的培训(特别是对新员工)。
Examine all laundry equipment and schedule maintenance
services to ensure all machines are well maintained and functioning properly at
all times.
检查所有的洗衣设备并安排维修服务,确保所有的机器都得到良好的维护和正常运行。
Inspects on a daily basis all shift Supervisor checklists
to ensure all guest items have been properly processed.
每天检查所有当班主管的检查表,以确保所有客人的物品都得到妥善处理。
Establish bills and record system to ensure a smooth operation
is provided for laundry service.
建立账单和记录系统,确保洗衣服务的顺利进行。
Compares the actual performance with the budget
periodically and takes necessary corrective action.
定期将实际绩效与预算进行比较,并采取必要的纠正措施。
Submit monthly report to Finance dept. such as revenue,
cost, chemical expenses etc.
向财务部提交月度报告,如收入,成本,清洁剂费用等。
Responsible for scheduling, administrating duty rosters
and allocation work to staff to ensure sufficient manpower for daily operation.
负责安排、管理排班表并分配工作给员工,以确保有足够的人力进行日常工作。
Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualification:
任职资格:
Minimum 5 year experience with supervisory position in 4 or 5 star hotel.
至少5年4-5星级酒店管理经验。
Knowledge of control and training: good interpersonal and communication skills.
管理和培训知识:良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。
