洗衣房服务员 Laundry Attendant

Duties & Responsibilities:
职责义务：
Collect& deliver guest laundry and linen according to schedule to ensure the operation time- table is followed.
按照计划收集和递送客衣和布草，确保遵守操作时间表。
Ensures timely pressing of all items.
保质保量的完成所有工作任务。
Operate machine and apply chemical according to guidelines to ensure the safety operation instruction and rules are followed.
按照标准操作设备和使用化学品，并严格遵守部门制定的有关安全生产规章制度和劳动纪律，确保遵守指示。
Ensures machines and areas are kept in proper working order.
按操作规程使用机器并达到质量标准。
Informs guest of discrepancies in count, defects or stains in their items prior to laundry and dry cleaning; reports such house linen and uniform discrepancies and defects, major problem to laundry manager.
在衣物洗涤前发现差异，应及时通知客人。在客房布草和制服上发现较大问题时应及时报告洗衣房经理。
Ensures that all equipment is used and being cleaned properly, refer to the Laundry Manager any unusual sound or defects of the equipment.
确保所有机器的清洁及正常运转，如听见机器运转有杂声、机器停顿、运转不良或损坏，马上通知洗衣房经理。
Clean and tidy working areas, equipment and high ceiling to ensure hygiene standard is met all the time.
清洁和整理工作区域，设备和天花板，确保始终达到卫生标准。
Report to Shift Leader the problems of machine, chemical, guest laundry and linen to ensure the protection of hotel & guest property.
向主管报告设备，化学品，客衣和布草问题，保护酒店和客人财产。
Protect and prevent any clothes and linen from damaged by machine and chemical.
保护和阻止任何衣物和布草受到设备和化学品损坏。
Complete other duties as assigned.
完成其它分配的任务。
Qualification：
任职资格：
With good communication skills, with warm & smiling face, speak fluent , speak fluent Mandarin.
良好的沟通技巧，热情的微笑，普通话流利。
