Housekeeping Clerk / Coordinator 客房部文员/协调员

岗位职责:
1. GUEST SATISFACTION
客人满意
➢ Ensures forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction
确保接收与跟进有关本部门的一切信息，以便维持设立的标准和获得客人的满意
➢ Receives, records, and transmits guest requests accurately
准确地接收、记录及传达客人的要求
➢ Makes suggestion to the EH on the improvement of guest service.
为执行客房总监提供合理化建议以改进对客人的服务。
➢ Maintain current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests
了解酒店最新的信息以便为客人提供信息服务。
2. ADMINISTRATION
行政工作
➢ Attends meetings and training sessions as required
根据要求参加会议和培训课程。
➢ Adheres to Housekeeping standards and procedures and enforces same
与客房部的标准和程序保持一致。
➢ Implements department procedures and policies as needed
根据需要贯彻执行部门的程序和政策。
3. OPERATION
部门运作
➢ Responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
负责将正确的房态输入电脑并分析房态差异。
➢ Is multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as other areas of Housekeeping
客房服务员和客房的其它区域的职员都应具备较强的工作技能
➢ Understands the hotel’s facilities, products and services
了解酒店的设施设备、产品及服务。
➢ Implements department procedures and policies as needed
根据需要贯彻执行部门的程序和政策。
➢ To responsible for manage room key负责管理客房钥匙
➢ Submitting same to Duty Manager noting any discrepancies and file copy.
向值班递交任何差异房态并复印存放
4. COMMUNICATION
沟通与交流
➢ Keep open communication with Housekeeping Secretory and Housekeeping Manager.
与客房部秘书和客房经理保持畅通的沟通
5. SAFETY & HYGIENE
安全与卫生
➢ Maintains working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair
对工作区域进行维护，并保证设备处于洁及维护的良好状况。
➢ Keep the work area and material clean and tidy.
保持个人工作区域和材料的干净和整洁。
➢ Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Management from time to time.
完成总经理或驻店经理交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
1. Neat and pleasant appearance.

5. High School
高中
6. 1 year as Room Attendant in a similar size hotel.
应具备在相当规模饭店1年客房服务员的经验
