岗位职责:
1.Gives a prompt response to staff’s requests complaint and grievance cases and ensures the delivery of courteous, efficient service to all staff.

2. Assists HRD to handle the whole process of labor arbitration.
协助人力资源总监处理劳动争议案件的全过程。
3. Assist HRD in handling staff complaints/grievance and works out the Summary Report.
协助人力资源总监处理员工申诉并上交总结报告。
4. Analyzes hotel manpower requirement and recommends selection activities to meet the requirement.
协助人力资源总监对酒店的员工需求数量作分析,并根据需要提出调整建议。
5. Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations. Consults with department heads on appropriate action and recommend final results.
为确保与劳动法、酒店规章制度的一致性,调查并审核所有纪律处分。与部门总监(经理)一起商讨合适的办法,并作出最终的处罚建议。
6. Ensures the associate compliance with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
保证员工遵守酒店的规章制度与工作程序,同时保证酒店的规章制度与政府的法令法规的一致性。
7. Oversees associate hotel personnel and ensure the effective associate management.
统一负责酒店的人事工作,保证对全体员工的有效管理。
8. Maintains and updates associate records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
管理和更新员工的档案、法律法规文件、酒店规章制度与工作程序,以及其它人事文件。
9. Prepares and submits periodic personnel reports such as turnover, personnel inventories, recruitment, and associate accident.
定期准备并提交人事报告,汇报如人员的流动,员工人数,招聘新员工和员工事故情况。
10. Assist in establishing personnel department budget.
协助计算、制订人力资源部所需预算。
11. Monitors the associate performance appraisal.
监督对员工工作表现的评估。
12. Monitors and reviews hotel benefits and compensation and recommends to the Human Resources Manager of the changes as appropriate.
监督酒店的员工福利和补助情况。如有变化,向人力资源经理汇报。
13. Monitors and verifies the follow up of the time record of the associate.
监督、审核员工考勤记录。
14. Professionally conducts candidate’s reference check to ensure accuracy and justice.
以专业标准进行员工背景调查以确保准确性及公正性。
15. To improve associate performance through human management system which creates associate loyalty and commitment.
通过举办员工联谊活动,增进员工对酒店的感情,从而提高员工工作质量。
16. Counsels hotel personnel as needed in the area of career planning, job transfer, associate relations and legal requirement related to personnel.
对酒店员工进行人事咨询,包括职业发展、工作调动、员工关系以及有关人事法律、法规等方面。
17. Assists HRD in organizing and coordinating Staff Opinion Survey and provide suggestion for actions to improve the staff satisfaction.
协助人力资源总监组织员工意见调查,提供解决问题的建议,采取行动以高满度。
任职资格:
1. College graduate, preferably in Hotel Management or equivalent in experience.
大专及以上毕业, 热于从事酒店管理或有相关经验。
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
5年以上人力资源工作经验, 2年以上管理经验。
3. Good command of both oral and written English
娴熟的英语口语及写作水平。
4. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others.
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能。
