1. Documents translation
日常文件翻译
2. Receiving and safekeeping all contracts and agreements.
所有合同、协议等的保管登记
3. Interact with other department and inside department
内外事务沟通
4. Answer the phone call and distribute message inside the department
接听电话,办公室信息传递
5. Documents registration and transmission
各类文件、单据的登记及传送
6. Office equipment maintenance and stationery replenishment
采购部办公室设备文具的维护补给
7. Posting and mailing
快递邮寄
8. Assist in preparing month –ending reports or other reports
协助准备月结报告和其他报告
9. Prepare attendance record
准备部门员工每月考勤汇总表
10. Perform any other work delegated /assigned by the Director or the Assistant Director
完成部门总监、经理交付的其他任务
11. Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines
了解岗位安全与健康的政策和程序,确保所有程序都在岗位安全与健康指导方针的范围内安全地实施,
12. Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures

任职资格:
1. Junior college degree or above
大学专科及以上学历
2. Be skillful with computer, good oral and written English ability.
能熟练操作计算机,较好的英文口头表达能力和文字综合能力。
