Manage food preparation and presentation and ensure to maintain quality and proper presentation of food and drives the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly.

4. Kitchen equipment management;
厨房设备设施管理
Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.

Enforce sanitation and safety practices.

4. Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encourage/required (depending on guest contact level).

5. Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written.

6. 3-7 year working experience required;3-year management experience required.
