1. Marketing Planning
市场规划
Lead and direct the Marketing programs and activities of the hotel
引领、指导酒店的市场计划和活动;
Develop, implement, and keep current the Marketing Plan, Director of Sales & Marketing Manual, Event Management process manual and reservation manual.
制定、执行、维护市场计划,市场销售总监手册,活动管理流程手册及预订手册;
Implement the Marketing policies and procedures of the hotel
执行酒店的市场政策与流程;
Establish and maintain accurate revenue forecasting procedures
建立、维护准确的酒店收入预测程序;
Maintain awareness of current and future competitors’ products, pricing & marketing programs so as to be in a position to proactively respond to market conditions.
及时了解当前和未来竞争对手的产品、价格市场计划,以便于主动对市场情况作出回应。
2. Sales Function
销售职能
Stays current with the needs of the market, competitive initiatives and the effectiveness of our program through regular involvement with key accounts
通过与关键客户保持经常性的互动,确保我们的计划与市场需求接轨,行而有效,颇具竞争力;
Conduct monthly account reviews with the Sales Team
每月与销售团队做好客户回顾;
Assists the Sales Team member & other departments in securing business for all revenue generating centers
协助销售团队成员和其他部门锁定一切为酒店带来收入增长的生意;
Actively get involved with sales solicitation of major accounts
主动参与重要客户的销售拜访;
Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage, and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals
为达成销售目标,监管销售产品、必要时调整市场活动、客户覆盖率和销售优先策略;
Develop annual sales department budget and execute the sales programs and activities within it.
制定年度部门销售预算,并据此执行销售计划和活动。
3. Organization/Personnel/Training
组织/人员/培训
Recruit, select, train & motivate Sales Department personnel to realize their potential to develop individuals for advancement
招聘、甄选、激励销售部门员工,激发他们的潜能,帮助其进步;
Manages staff performance and quality improvement
管理、提高团队成员工作质量和表现
4. Inventory Management
房量管理
Coordinate group room forecast and prospect with the Event Sales department and reservation department so as to help hotel achieve maximum capacity room use.
与会议销售部和预订部协调,做好团队预订的预测,以确保帮助酒店最大限度利用;
Analyses market trends. Under the direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing, plans
根据市场销售总监的指导和计划,分析市场趋势;
Assess margin contribution of group business to maximize contribution from available public space
评估团队生意的利润贡献,力求挖掘从可利用的公众空间,实现利润贡献最大化。
5. Communications
沟通
Maintain close and frequent communications with Director of Sales & Marketing in order to maximize hotel profit through effective yield and space management.
与市场销售总监保持密切且经常性的沟通,确保通过对行业、区域的有效管理实现酒店收益的最大化;
Conducts & attends meeting as required
根据需要召开、出席会议;
Main timely and responsive communication with clients
与客户保持及时沟通;
Conduct performance review on a periodical basis
定期对业绩表现进行回顾;
Conduct counseling & discipline with associates using guidelines set
根据已有的纲领指南,对员工进行开展咨询或管教。
任职资格:
1. Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility;
掌握领导力技巧和业务范围内的相关知识;
2. Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs;
具备互联网和其他主要电脑程序的使用;
3. Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems;
掌握销售和前台的操作系统;
4. Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales;
熟悉企业、旅游社、会展和餐饮销售知识;
5. Ability and understanding of the market and competition;
具备准确理解市场并具备应对市场竞争的能力;
6. University Graduate;
大学毕业;
7. Min 2-3yrs experience similar capacity with international chain hotels.
至少2-3年国际酒店行业相似岗位工作经验。
