岗位职责 Job Responsibility
1、检查房态并记录;
Check the room condition and record it
2、 将“请勿打扰”房间汇报给楼层主管
Report the "Do not Disturb" room to floor supervisor
3、 清理打扫房间这主要包括、吸尘、擦拭家具、清理垃圾、做床、清理面盆浴缸马桶毛巾镜子和地面、抹尘等
Ceaning cleaning room this mainly includes, vacuuming, wiping furniture, cleaning garbage, bed, cleaning basin bathtub toilet towel mirror and the ground, wipe dust and so on
4、 为房间补足酒水与日用消耗品
Replenish the room with drinks and daily consumables
5、 清洁并整理客房洗手间里的客用物品
Clean and tidy guest articles in the guest room bathroom
6、 为客人悬挂衣服和清理客人随带的小物品
Hang clothes for guests and clean up small items brought by guests
7、 清理已退的房间
Clean the room you have checked out
8、 汇报房间内是否有损坏物品
Report whether there are any damaged items in the room
9、 报告房间内需要维修的问题
Report any problems that need to be repaired in the room
10、汇报有可疑行为的客人
Report guests with suspicious behavior
11、汇报房间遗失物品
Report missing items in the room
12、上交给楼层主管拾到物品
Give it to the floor supervisor to pick up the items
13、填写客房服务员每日报表
Fill in the daily housekeeping report
14、清理楼层走道服务区域和楼梯
Clean the service area of the floor walkway and stairs
15、发现并去除地毯上的污渍
Spot and remove stains from carpets
16、根据客人要求移动及重新排放家具挪动摆放床垫等
Move and rearrange furniture and move mattresses as required by guests
17、人工或用机器为地面打蜡抛光
Artificial or machine for the ground waxing and polishing
18、清理冲洗楼梯及楼梯口
Clean and wash the stairs and staircases
19、依据客人具体要求放置婴儿床加床板变压器吹风机等

20、参加各种会议、不同的培训
Attend conferences and different trainings
21、检查并记录酒水消耗量补入新的酒水

23、将员工车中的垃圾清除

24、完成楼层主管交给的额外任务

25、填写房间状态表
Fill in the room status sheet
26、提供开夜床服务这主要包括、清理客房内的垃圾、更换已用过的杯子、将床单打开、关上窗帘、打开台灯、检查浴室的清洁、放好用过的毛
Provide turn-down service including cleaning up the rubbish in the room, changing the used cups, opening the sheets, closing the curtains, turning on the lamp, checking the cleaning of the bathroom, and putting the used hair
