Job Responsibility岗位职责：
1, the waiter under the direct command of the foreman, carry out the work, complete the transfer of dishes service work, the arrangement of the foreman must follow the principle of first obey and then discuss.传菜员在传菜领班的直接指挥下，开展工作，完成传递菜肴的服务工作，对领班的安排工作必须遵循先服从后讨论的原则。
2, in accordance with the standard, do a good job before the meal preparation.按照规格水准，做好开餐前的准备工作。
3. Ensure that all the tableware and utensils used for turning dishes are clean, hygienic, bright and without gaps.确保所有转菜所用的餐具、器皿的清洁、卫生、明亮、无缺口。
4. Maintain a high level of promotion awareness in the work, seize the opportunity to recommend the hotel's services and various preferential policies to the guests, and improve the guests' consumption desire in the hotel.在工作中保持高度全员促销意识，抓住机会向宾客推荐本酒店的各项服务及各种优惠政策，提高宾客在本酒店的消费欲望。5.When the service items requested by the guests cannot be met, timely recommend compensatory service items to the guests.当宾客要求的服务项目无法满足时，及时向宾客推荐补偿性服务项目。
