岗位职责 Job responsibilities
1. Prepared sales plans for the market in charge according to the overall marketing strategy of the department.
根据部门总体市场策略编制自己分管的市场的销售计划。
2. The big customers in this market should be familiar with their basic situation, pay attention to their changes at any time and make timely responses.
对本市场中的客源大户要熟悉他们的基本情况,随时关注其变化并适时做出应对。
3. Organized team members to develop new markets.
组织本组组员对新市场进行开发。
4. Managed and developed their own customers.
管理开发好自己的客户。
5. Responsible for organizing the approval and implementation of sales plans, and conducting supervision.
负责组织销售计划的审定及落实,并进行督查。
6. Master the daily sales reception activities of each salesperson, and review the sales record cards.
掌握每位销售人员每日销售接待活动,并审核销售记录卡。
7. Assisted the department manager to establish and upgrade the customers in the market, and kept the customers' files complete.
协助部门经理做好本市场客户的建立及升级管理工作,保持客户档案的完整。
岗位要求 Job requirements
1. College degree or above.
大专以上学历。
Working experience in front desk, sales, public relations, etc.
有从事酒店前台、销售、公关等部门的工作经历。
2. Good knowledge of hotel sales, hotel management, tourism economics, tourism psychology, public relations, etc.
具备酒店销售学、酒店管理学、旅游经济学、旅游心理学、公共关系学等知识的储备。
3. Understand Contract law, Enterprise law, tourism law and related laws and regulations concerning foreign affairs.
了解合同法、企业法、旅游法以及有关涉外法规。
4. Capable of market investigation and prediction, able to grasp market dynamics, make comprehensive analysis, and put forward corresponding measures and reasonable suggestions in time.
具有市场调查和预测能力,能及是掌握市场动态,并能综合分析,及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。
5. Strong language skills, capable of writing market research reports, drafting work plans, summaries and business reports.
有较强的语言表达能力,能撰写市场调研报告,具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。
