工作职责:
1.Handles all incoming group inquiries. Effectively leads the customer through the sales process to the point of a signed contract/offer.

2.Communicates specifics of group to Event Management.
有效地和宴会统筹专员进行沟通,传达客人所有的活动安排及需求。
3.Builds rapport and effectively qualifies each business opportunity.
与客户建立良好的关系,有效地评估每个询价需求。
4.Develops accurate contract/offer and sends to customer. Gains commitment of customer through signed contract/offer.
根据客人需求,准备相应的团队或会议协议,经双方协商后,与客人签订相关协议。
5.Strives to meet measurable targets and goals, as assigned for individual and team.
努力完成个人和团队的指标及任务。
6.Site inspection.
安排客人参观酒店客房及相关设施。
7.Follow all company policies and procedures.
遵守公司所有的政策和程序。

1.Strong overall sales skills .

3.Proficiency in meeting room set-ups, audio visual, and other support services .

4.Understanding of sales strategy and need times as developed by revenue management .

5.Understanding of contract management and legalities .

6.Demonstrated customer development and relationship management skills.
