职位描述
§ 对不能立即解决的投诉和问题,及时汇报副理/洗衣房经理。
Reports complaints or problems to Assistant Manager/ Laundry Manager if no immediate solution can be found.
§ 确保具有营销员的态度,抓住酒店内的一切销售机会。
Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel.
§ 确保具有高水平的酒店产品知识。
Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel.
§ 确保将任何来自客人或其它部门的反馈及时并准确地汇报给副理/洗衣房经理。
Ensures the Assistant Manager/ Laundry Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments.
§ 在洗涤/干洗前,向洗衣房经理汇报重要的问题、衣物数量的不一致、破损或污渍。
Reports to Laundry Manager of any major problems, discrepancies in count, defects, or stains in garments prior to laundry/ dry cleaning.
§ 遵守酒店关于洗衣房和客房部的政策和程序
Complies with the Hotel’s Policies & Procedures relating to Laundry and Housekeeping.
§ 遵守房务部的系统和程序。
Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by Rooms Division.
§ 在日常工作中,确保所有布草和制服达到凯悦品牌标准。
Performs routine duties in ensuring all hotel linen and uniforms meet Hyatt brand standards.
§ 确保按照酒店设定的标准和程序储存和洗涤酒店的布草/制服。
Ensures the storage and washing of house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards and procedure set by the Hotel.
§ 在发送给使用部门/布草房前,检查洗涤的物品,以确保其干净及可用性。
Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability before sending to the user department/ linen room.
§ 在洗衣运作中,督导并协助负责及参与清洗客人和酒店衣物的员工。
Supervises and coordinates the activities of personnel responsible for and engaged in the processing of guest and house laundry items.
§ 严格遵守所有运营设备、用品及盘存物品的存量标准。
Strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, and inventoried items.
§ 协助进行运营设备和用品的月度盘点。
Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
§ 协助控制运营设备和用品的申请、储存及仔细使用。
Assists in controlling the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
§ 确保酒店和客人的衣物被正确分拣、水洗/干洗干净及包装;根据程序检查衣物的破损、污渍及遗失的装饰,并采取行动解决。
Ensures that guest and house laundry items are properly sorted for washing and drying, are cleaned and packaged accordingly; examines items for tears, stains, and missing accessories due to processing and oversees remedial action taken.
§ 清点并将洗好的物品集中放到布草车上,记录收到的布草和制服的数量并发出。
Counts and assembles laundered items on cart or linen truck, records amounts of linen and uniforms received and issued.
§ 始终确保洗衣房区域的干净整洁。
Ensures and maintains the cleanliness of Laundry area at all times.
§ 确保工作区域和设备的正确管理和保养。
Ensures proper handling and maintenance of work area and equipment.
§ 副理缺席时,主持每日班前会,向员工沟通当天的住房率、抵离店的客人情况、会议/活动及需要特别关注的事项。
In absence of Assistant Manager and Laundry Manager, conduct daily pre-shift briefings to associates on room occupancy, arrivals and departures, function/ event of the day and special attention that is needed.
§ 在日常运作中,与客房部及其它相关部门配合。
Liaises with Housekeeping and other related departments on daily operations.
§ 报告丢失、损害的布草、制服或任何酒店财物。
Reports missing and damaged linen or any other hotel property.
§ 根据酒店的“失物招领”政策报告及上交遗失物品。
Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” policy.
§ 清洁并维护所有用品、洗衣设备和仓库。
Cleans and maintains all supplies, laundry equipment and storage rooms.
§ 灵活并适应在房务部内的部门及其它部门的工作轮换。
Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sections of Rooms Division or any other Department.
§ 根据酒店的政策和客房部的规定使用和控制钥匙。
Use and control hotel key according to hotel policy and Housekeeping principle.
