To
assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the Fitness Centre area.
§ 更新信息材料。
Keeps
information material updated.
§ 根据顾客意见调查结果,确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。
Responds
to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are
implemented.
§ 全面了解工作知识,根据服务标准对下属的工作起到监督、纠正和示范作用。定期回顾主要工序清单并根据最新发展趋势、顾客期望和运营理念进行相应修改。
To have a full
working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate tasks to
subordinates to the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are
reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest
expectations and operating philosophies.

了解健身中心的优惠活动,并积极推广,熟知所有服务设施及服务项目的运营时间。
To be completely aware of Fitness Centre & Fitness
Centre activities, and to promote these actively, completely familiar with all Fitness
Centre facility opening and closing hours as well as product and services
offered.
§ 协助回顾与前台接待工作相关的管理政策和程序,并根据需要不断改进和提高。
To assist in the review of all administrative policies
and procedures relating to the reception desk, continually looking for methods
to improve as required.
§ 灵活并适应在水疗和健身中心内不同区域的轮换工作。
To be entirely
flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of Fitness
Centre & Fitness areas.
§ 熟悉酒店所有服务项目和设备设施。
To be fully
conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Hotel.
§ 执行水疗及健身中心既定的开始/结束营业的工作程序。
To
perform opening and closing procedures established for the Fitness Centre and
Fitness areas.
§ 确保健身中心前台和周围区域始终整洁有序。
To ensure that the Fitness Centre reception, and surrounding area is
kept clean and organized at all times.
§ 管理日常消耗品的用量和库存。
To monitor operating
supplies and inventory levels.
§ 礼貌而高效的处理客人和员工询问,对不能立即解决的投诉和问题进行汇报,并及时回馈和跟进。
To
handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest
complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and
assure follow up with guests.
§ 确保宾客服务员始终遵循健身中心的程序迎接、问候客人。
To ensure GSO’s
follow the Fitness Centre experience programme for meeting and greeting guests
at all times.
§ 必须确保美体师/按摩师及美甲师遵守预约时间表提供服务。
Must ensure that the
aestheticians/therapists/ and nail techs adhere to appointment timings.
§ 关注所有设备的状态,将保养需求和维修需求通知副理。将设备相关的问题在部门日志准确记录(如设备遗失等)并通知相关人员维修。
Monitor status of
all equipment and notify the Assistant Manager if there are any maintenance or
repair needs. Promptly record equipment issues in the log book i.e. Fixtures
missing etc., and notify the Fitness Centre maintenance personnel.
§ 向所有客人介绍促销活动。
Promote events and
promotions to all guests.
§ 负责达到每日的销售目标并努力达到团队月度销售目标。
Responsible
for achieving daily sales targets and contributing to monthly Fitness Centre
team target.
§ 向管理层提交相关的管理报告和图表。
To create reports or
charts for management.
§ 处理预定系统中的月度报表。
Handling month end
reports from RA operating system.
§ 在预订系统中更新服务项目、价格、排班计划等内容。
Responsible
to update RA operating system with new treatment/prices, roster, therapists.
