Keep software in the Property Management System up to the current release as instructed by the Area IS Manager.

Customer Service

Provide the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.

§ 遇到客人和同事投诉或反映问题时要礼貌的询问情况,如果不能立刻解决的要及时跟进和反馈进展情况。
Handle guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
§ 积极与客人和同事保持良好的工作关系。
Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

§ 协助准备每年的财务工作计划,并保证部门的目标完全符合酒店的财务目标和员工的需求。
Assist with the preparation of the annual Finance Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees if required.

Ensure productivity meets standards given in accordance with Hyatt Design Standards and Criteria and the Hyatt International IS Operations Manual.

Provide technical assistance to internal and external audit employee.

Assist the IS Manager to work Operational Departments to set up and maintain clean relevant databases for management purposes.

Assist in the recruitment and selection of IS employees if necessary. Ensure that hotel guidelines are adhered when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to selecting employees.

Maximise the effectiveness of employees by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.

Read the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
