Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel.
§ 确保高水平的酒店产品知识。
Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel.
§ 确保副理/领班始终意识到任何相关的反馈即可以从客人中来也可以从其他部门中来。
Ensures the Assistant Manager/ Team Leader is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments.
§ 遵守酒店关于客房部和洗衣房的政策和程序。
Complies with the Hotel’s Policies & Procedures relating to Laundry and Housekeeping.
§ 遵守房务部的系统和程序。
Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by Rooms Division
§ 在日常工作中,确保布草和制服达到凯悦的品牌标准。
Performs routine duties in ensuring all hotel linen and uniforms meet Hyatt brand standards.
§ 确保按照酒店设定的标准和程序储存、发放及保养酒店的布草/制服
Ensures the storage, issuing and maintenance of house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards and procedure set by the Hotel.
§ 确保对所有布草和制服进行收取、分拣、点数及记录。
Ensures all linen and uniforms are being collected, segregated, counted, recorded accordingly.
§ 对脏毛巾/桌布和制服进行修补或洗涤,并将这些物品放入相应的容器。
Ensures soiled towels/ cloths and uniforms are being repaired or laundered, and kept in proper containers.
§ 检查洗涤的物品,以确保其干净及可用性。
Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability.
§ 为这些物品打上相应的辨认号。
Stamps items with identifying marks.
§ 核准了所洗物品的数目和类型后,将其存放在架格上。
Stores laundered items in racks or shelves, after verifying numbers and types of items.
§ 清点并将洗好的物品集中放到布草车上,记录布草和制服的数量,并用布草车将其运至楼层。
Counts and assembles laundered items on cart or linen truck, records Amounts of linen and uniforms to fill requisitions, and transports carts to floors.
§ 进行盘点,以确定需要更换的物品。
Conducts inventories to identify items for replacement.
§ 确保布草房状态的洁净有序。
Ensures and maintains the cleanliness of linen room at all times.
§ 紧急情况下,修补或制作新衣服。
Mends torn articles and makes new articles in emergency situations.
§ 报告丢失、损害的布草、制服或任何酒店财物。
Reports missing and damaged linen or any other hotel property.
§ 根据酒店的“失物招领”政策报告及上交遗失物品。
Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” policy.
§ 清洁并保养好用品、设备和仓库。
Cleans and maintains all supplies, equipment and storage rooms.
§ 管理和控制好客房地布草和制服,每月进行盘点,并将盘点差异报告给洗衣房副理。
Manage and maintain hotel linen and uniform, control the missing and damage, conduct monthly inventory and report any discrepancy to laundry Assistant Manager.
§ 根据酒店的政策和客房部的规定使用和控制钥匙。
Use and control hotel keys according to hotel policy and Housekeeping principle.
§ 在房务部所属部门及其它部门内能够灵活调动及轮换。
Is entirely flexible and adapts to rotate within the different sections of Rooms Division or any other Department.
