Ensures the storage, issuing and maintenanceof house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards andprocedure set by the Hotel.
§ 确保对所有布草和制服进行收取、分拣、点数及记录。
Ensures all linenand uniforms are being collected, segregated, counted, recorded accordingly.
§ 对脏毛巾/桌布和制服进行修补或洗涤,并将这些物品放入相应的容器。
Ensures soiled towels/cloths and uniforms are being repaired or laundered, and kept in propercontainers.
§ 检查洗涤的物品,以确保其干净及可用性。
Examines laundereditems to ensure cleanliness and serviceability.

Stamps items withidentifying marks.

Mends torn articlesand makes new articles in emergency situations.
§ 报告丢失、损害的布草、制服或任何酒店财物。
Reports missing anddamaged linen or any other hotel property.
§ 根据酒店的“失物招领”政策报告及上交遗失物品。
Reports and turns inall Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” policy.
§ 清洁并保养好用品、设备和仓库。
Cleans and maintainsall supplies, equipment and storage rooms.
§ 管理和控制好客房地布草和制服,每月进行盘点,并将盘点差异报告给洗衣房副理。
Manage and maintain hotel linen and uniform,control the missing and damage, conduct monthly inventory and report anydiscrepancy to laundry Assistant Manager.
§ 根据酒店的政策和客房部的规定使用和控制钥匙。
Use and controlhotel keys according to hotel policy and Housekeeping principle.
§ 在房务部所属部门及其它部门内能够灵活调动及轮换。
Is entirely flexibleand adapts to rotate within the different sections of Rooms Division or anyother Department.

Provides courteousand professional service at all times.
§ 根据安排参加酒店的培训课程,以提高技能和知识。
Attends departmentaltraining sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
§ 礼貌且高效地处理客人及员工的要求,遇到问题或投诉,如果不能马上找到解决办法,要向上级汇报。
Handles guest andassociate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaintsor problems if no immediate solution can be found.

Strictly adhering to Rules & Regulationsestablished in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire,hygiene and health & safety.
