1.The Style Coordinator’s main duty is to be responsible for the communications with Style and other departments regarding guest requests, room changes, necessary repairs and other matters; for rendering secretarial and clerical services for Style

3.Answer telephonesusing appropriate etiquette including answering the phone within 3 rings,answering with a smile in one's voice, using the callers' name, transferringcalls to appropriate person/department, requesting permission before placingthe caller on hold, taking and relaying messages, and allowing the caller toend the call

5.Complete required Style paperwork, including reports, worksheets, activity logs, and checklists

7.Respond promptly to requests from guests, Welcome, or W&W requests

8.Request preventative maintenance or non-urgent repairs using appropriate method (e.g., Hotline, Guest ware, Mystique, MLR communication)

9.Close out house atthe end of shift to ensure assigned rooms were cleaned, and communicate issuesto next shift.

10.Verify room statuslisted on report, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, andupdate status of departing guest rooms.

11.Communicateadditions or changes to the assignment sheets to style talent as they arisethroughout the shift
对于在整个班次内工作任务的增加或是改变应及时的和造型部英才沟通交流
12.Assist Stylemanagement in managing daily activities of Style and Laundry/Wash
协助客房管理层安排管理每日的日常工作和洗衣
13.Act as a liaisonto coordinate the efforts of Style, Engineering, Welcome, and Laundry/Wash
作为造型部,工程,前厅和洗衣房的联络人
14.Check and resolveissues with discrepant rooms with the Welcome (e.g., guest was scheduled tocheck-out but bags were found in the room).
和前台共同解决差异房问题(如:客人已离店,但房间仍有行李)
15.Prepare anddistribute assignment sheets/work boards to style talent
根据工作表上的内容为造型部英才分配工作任务
16.Coordinate VIPservice to ensure VIP's needs are met throughout the stay
协调并保证贵宾的需求得到满足
17.Record, monitor,and update list of ‘Do Not Disturb' rooms
记录,监督和更新“请勿打扰”的房号
18.Run reports todetermine how many rooms are sold for each day, including the number ofarrivals, departures, and vacant ready rooms
运行报告告诉我们每天有多少房间售卖,包括预抵的、离店的和空净房
19.Documentdiscrepant rooms and submit to Welcome, Manager, or Accounting
记录差异房,交给前台,经理,或者财务
