职位描述
1.Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms. Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items. Make beds and fold terry. Clean bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items. Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings. Vacuum carpets and performs floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway)

2.Once any accident is found, the accident should be reported to manager/coach immediately

3.Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters)

4.Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and work environment

5.Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report to Style Coach

6.Use proper equipment, wear appropriate personal protective clothing (PPE), and employ correct lifting procedures, as necessary, to avoid injury

7.Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks

8.Collect and sign for section key and get reports from Style coach, ensure complete information is on hand before starting the job including special information such as allocated VIP and group rooms

9.Clean and provide services to all assigned rooms including the refrigerator

10.Ensure proper procedures in cleaning/ servicing/ turning down beds are strictly followed

11.Use proper bed making as instructed according to approved procedures

12.Use proper procedure in cleaning bathroom/ toilet with the use of the right chemicals

13.Replenish all guest amenities and stationeries consumed by guest according to standard set up

14.Vacuuming daily carpets and upholstery properly. Spot shampoo carpet and upholstery, to maintain its clean appearance

16.Hang up clothes for guests

17.Water for plant wherever necessary

18.Maintain upkeep of flower arrangement in the rooms. Request for replacement if necessary

19.Set temperature in rooms, as instructed
根据指令调节温度
20.Remove stale/rotten fruits in the rooms
将坏的水果去出扔掉
21.Immediately report to the Style coach any missing or damaged furniture, fixture and equipment
如果有遗失的家具、固定资产和设备立即报告客房造型督导
