Responsible for the training and management of the team, convey the work requirements of the department, and check the work of talents in accordance with the work standards of the department.

Supervises all loss prevention personnel to comply with the rules and regulations set by the hotel.
监督所有防损员遵守酒店制定的规章制度。
Handles all kinds of emergencies and reports to the department in a timely manner.
处理各种紧急情况，并及时向部门进行报告。
Assist the Director of Loss Prevention and the Deputy Manager of Loss Prevention in the investigation of theft, damage, injury, etc. that occur in the hotel, and write incident reports on security incidents that occur while on duty.
协助防损总监和防损副经理对发生在酒店的盗窃、损坏、受伤等案件进行调查，并对值班期间发生的安全事件撰写事件报告。
2-5 years Team Leader/management in security loss prevention and same experience in hotel. Related hotel or lodging preferred.
2-5年以上在同等星级酒店安全部门工作，并具备一定的管理经验。
Familiar with the fire service, First Aid.
熟悉消防业务，紧急救护。
