1. 支持市场销售总监的市场销售价格策略,按计划执行。Support DOSM Sales and Marketing strategies and plan, implement the plan. 2. 按照部门工作程序处理客房的预订和咨询。Handle inquires and bookings in accordance with the department’s procedures and guidelines.
3. 检查处理日常预订工作,处理传真、确认客人相关情况、团队房间安排以及及时处理客人需求。Review and deals with the daily reservation. To deal with faxes, correspondence checking (VIP’s, regular guests…), group allocations, and to respond to guest requests on a daily basis.
4. 记录所有新进的预订。Record and processes in-coming reservations.
5. 记录并处理团队预订。Record and processes group reservations
6. 确保所有与预订有关的事宜都作妥善处理。Ensure all facts of a reservation have been taken action. Example: Transportation, Arrival Time, Amenity and special requirements etc.
7. 向客人提供有关酒店服务,活动和观光景点的信息。 Provide information to clients on hotel services, activities and attractions in the local area.
8. 录入有关团队和会议的特殊付款需求。 Records special billing arrangements for groups and MICE(Meeting, Incentive, Conventions, Exhibition)
9. 处理、跟进配合,团队名单及预订押金。Handle and follows up allotments, waiting lists and customer deposits.
10. 处理取消,更改预订(诸如:延住和提早离店等等)。Process cancellation/amendments (Incl. Extended Stay & Early Departure) for FIT and group reservations.
11. 调查并处理预订未到的预订。 Investigate and handles no show reservations.
12. 与信贷经理联系有关信贷安排的预订。 Liaise with Credit Manager for all reservations requiring credit approval.
13. 悉知房价变动,特殊安排,各种促销活动和预订截止日期。Be aware of rate changes/ special offers/promotions/close out dates
14. 悉知酒店各个市场细分和价格代码。To be fully conversant with all market segment and rate plans, together with special rates and packages.
15. 监控预订情况并通知预订部主管目前和未来的住房率。 Monitor reservation levels and inform Reservation supervisor on current and future occupancy rates.
16. 准备预定部销售报表。Prepare reservation sales reports
17. 用鼎力推销和纵深销售的技巧来推销酒店的产品。Sell the hotel and other products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
18. 按照酒店标准保持高水准的电话应答技巧推销酒店产品。 To maintain high level of guest telephone contact skills while promoting the Hotel.
19. 确保所有客人的需要都被及时回复。 Ensure all guest request are responded to immediately.
20. 确保对酒店产品知识和服务高度的理解以便向客人解释并且销售酒店服务和设施。Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell service and facilities to guest. 21. 确保将正确的信息传达至相关的运作部门以此来保证客人的要求能够实现,达到客人满意。Ensure correct and relevant information to the operating departments so that customer’s expectations are satisfied.
