Responsibilities职责:
1.Handle inquires and bookings in accordance with the department’s routine.
2.Records and processes all kind of reservations, in-coming, daily call and groups.
3.Ensures all facts of a reservation have been actioned.
4.Investigates and handles no show reservations. Prepares reservation sales reports.
5.Sells the program and other products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
6.Maintains high level of telephone skills to meet department standard.
7.Follow up with program sales to trace inquire status.
8.Ensures all guest requests are responded to immediately.
9.Maintains a high level of product and service knowledge.

Requirements要求:
1.Basic Knowledge of Travel Trade Industry, medical or wellness industry. Min 2 years of experience in reservations service industry, front office and sales with chain hotels.
2.University degree in hospitality or related subjects preferred.
3.Excellent English communication skills (spoken AND written).
4.Innovative self-starter, highly motivated.
5.Positive attitude under pressure.
6.Good Interpersonal & communicative skills.
