Responsiblities
-Assist in identifying market needs and trends in travel industry, defining the target markets, monitoring and analyzing competitors’ sales promotion and activities
-Focus on business development of high potential industrials and maintain the relationships with key accounts
-Outlines and administers weekly sales call plan to ensure time and resources are maximized to complete as many qualified calls as possible, while balancing administrative duties as well as site inspections
-Outlines and administers weekly site inspection plan so that new prospective clients are exposed to our company with future business opportunities, and existing clients are kept up to date on any upgrades or enhancements done within the company
-Attendance at rate strategy meetings and regularly scheduled Sales Departmental meetings and group business meetings
-Participates in sales trips and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations as necessary
-Maintains positive relationships with all guests and vendors
 Maintains account, contact, activity and business details within system according to Octave standards.
 Ensures delivery of expected guest service through follow up and coordination with other departments.
 Sales Manager is required at all times to be in observance of Sangha and Company policies and procedures, and interdepartmental cooperation.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years’ related wellness package sales experience
-Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- University degree in medical or related subjects preferre
- Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken AND written
- Positive attitude under pressure,aggressive, initiative; self-confident;
工作职责:

-安排并有效的实施每周客户参观计划,从而使潜在客户了解,并给予未来的生意机会,使老客户能够很好的了解音昱水中天的最新动向。
-参与日常会议(包括价格策略会议、市场销售部门会议,团队生意会议)
-出差并参与各类推广活动以及交易会等。
-与相关客户及供应商保持良好的关系。
-标准维护系统内的所有客户资料及销售活动细节。
-通过有效的客户活动跟进程序及各部门之间的配合,达到客户的预期
-销售经理要求始终遵守音昱水中天的政策及制度及奉行部门间良好的沟通。
工作要求:
-5年及以上酒店Wedding销售经验。
-能够承受工作压力并适应持续变化的环境。
-大学学历,医疗或相关专业(优先考虑)。
-英语及中文流利(口头及书面)。
-积极乐观的态度,抗压能力,积极主动,自我激励及自信。
