Handles all incoming groupinquiries. Effectively leads thecustomer through the sales process to the point of a signedcontract/offer. Communicates specificsof group to Event Management.

1 Directlyanswers all incoming group inquiries/opportunities.
直接回复客人关于团队报价的问询。
2 Buildsrapport and effectively qualifies each business opportunity.
与客户建立良好的关系,有效地评估每个询价需求。
3 Exhaustsall avenues to sell hotel through alternative dates and/or rates. If noalternative is determined, Sales Manager cross sells to another Marriotthotel(s).
在可选日期与价格范围内,销售酒店产品。如果可选日期的客房与场地都已预订,销售经理需向客人推荐其他万豪品牌酒店。
4 Presentsthe benefits of the hotel to the customer.
向客户介绍酒店可提供的各项奖励计划及优惠政策。
5 Inputsand maintains contact, account and opportunity information in sales system.
在预定软件中输入相应的客户资料,如客户信息、公司名称等,并予以及时更新。
6 Developsaccurate contract/offer and sends to customer. Gains commitment of customer through signed contract/offer.
根据客人需求,准备相应的团队或会议协议,经双方协商后,与客人签订相关协议。
7 Oncesigned contract/offer is received, completes accurate, detailed turnoverdocumentation for Event Management.
团队或会议协议签订后,准备好齐备的交接手续,并转交于宴会统筹部。
8 Maintainsrelationship with customer through thank-you letter and follow up calls to increaserepeat business opportunities.
通过邮件或电话联系与客人保持良好的关系,以便在今后获得更多的合作机会。
9 Strivesto meet measurable targets and goals, as assigned for individual and team.
努力完成个人和团队的指标及任务。
10 Siteinspection.
安排客人参观酒店客房及相关设施。
