【岗位职责】:
【Job Responsibilities】:
1. Supervised and assisted reception, reception supervisor to deal with daily work, successfully led and motivated the team to obtain and share personal preferences of guests.
监督并协助前台接待,前台主管处理日常工作,成功的引领及激励团队获取客人的个人喜好并进行分享。
2.Report directly to front Office Manager and communicate all guest service and hotel operations related issues
直接向前厅部经理汇报并就所有与宾客服务及酒店运作相关的问题进行沟通
3. Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required
按需要与酒店其它部门进行合作、协调和沟通
4. Manages
front office team member, resolves guest concerns, and implements resolutions
by using discretion and judgment.
对前台进行日常管理,用敏锐的判断力和决断力解决客户的问题。
【岗位要求】:
【Job Requirements】:
1.At least 3 years experience in front desk or guest service management
至少三年以上前台或宾客服务管理工作经验
2.Excellent communication skills,Proficient in Office software,Good interpersonal skills
出色的沟通技能,熟练使用Office软件,良好的人际交往能力
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Both Chinese and English
优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力
