【岗位职责 】
1.Be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of the hotel staff training system, formulate the annual training plan and supervise its execution.
负责酒店员工培训体系的规划、设计与实施,制定年度培训计划并监督执行;
2. Based on the demands of various departments in the hotel, develop and organize targeted training courses, including but not limited to service skills, management capabilities, corporate culture, etc.
根据酒店各部门需求,开发并组织针对性的培训课程,包括但不限于服务技能、管理能力、企业文化等;
3. Evaluate the training effect, optimize the training plan through feedback and data analysis, and ensure the achievement of training goals;
评估培训效果,通过反馈与数据分析优化培训方案,确保培训目标的达成;
4. Coordinate internal and external training resources, manage the training budget, and ensure that training activities are carried out efficiently and economically.
协调内外部培训资源,管理培训预算,确保培训活动高效、经济地开展;
5. Guide and supervise the daily training work of each department to ensure that the training content is consistent with the hotel's operation standards;
指导并监督各部门的日常培训工作,确保培训内容与酒店运营标准一致;
6. Be responsible for the onboarding training of new employees, helping them quickly integrate into the team and master job skills.
负责新员工入职培训,帮助其快速融入团队并掌握岗位技能;
7. Establish and maintain employee training files, and regularly report the progress and achievements of training to the management.
建立并维护员工培训档案,定期向管理层汇报培训进展与成果。
【岗位要求】
1. Possess a knowledge background in hotel management, human resource management or related fields, and be familiar with hotel operation processes;
具备酒店管理、人力资源管理或相关领域的知识背景,熟悉酒店运营流程;
2. Excellent training design and teaching skills, capable of independently completing course development and training implementation;
优秀的培训设计与授课能力,能够独立完成课程开发与培训实施;
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working efficiently with various departments to ensure the implementation of training programs;
良好的沟通与协调能力,能够与各部门高效合作,推动培训计划落地;
4. Strong data analysis skills, capable of evaluating training effectiveness through data and offering improvement suggestions;
较强的数据分析能力,能够通过数据评估培训效果并提出改进建议;
5. Possess a certain ability to withstand pressure and be able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment of the hotel industry;
具备一定的抗压能力,能够适应酒店行业快节奏的工作环境;
6. Proficient in using office software and training-related tools (such as PPT, online learning platforms, etc.);
熟练使用办公软件及培训相关工具(如PPT、在线学习平台等);
7. Be passionate about employee development and talent cultivation, pay attention to details and have a strong sense of responsibility.
