Assistant Director of Sales 销售副总监

Key Responsibilities:
Planning:​ Developing the annual business plan and marketing strategy of corporate.
Strategy:​ Analyze market trends and competition; execute multi-channel sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Leadership:​ Lead, train, and appraise the sales team; allocate sales targets and optimize workflows to ensure goal attainment.
Analysis:​ Monitor sales data and market dynamics; provide strategic recommendations to management to secure sustained growth.
Coordination:​ Liaise with F&B, Rooms, and Finance departments to handle key client issues and uphold brand standards.
Requirements:
Experience:​ 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience with a proven track record in meeting revenue targets.
Skills:​ Proficient in Delphi, Opera,​ and MS Office. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Language:​ Fluent in English and Mandarin.
