Bespoke Experience Creation:
Understand each guest's preferences, interests, and special requirements to tailor their experience accordingly.Plan and coordinate personalized itineraries, including dining reservations, transportation, and recreational activities.Implement creative ideas to surprise and delight guests, ensuring their stay is unforgettable.
24-Hour Guest Assistance:
Allocate personal hosts to individual guests, ensuring full coverage and availability round the clock.Be readily available to address any inquiries, requests, or concerns throughout the guest's stay.Coordinate with other departments to promptly resolve any issues or provide immediate assistance when needed.
Proactive Guest Care:
Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, taking proactive steps to fulfill them without hesitation.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience, going the extra mile to exceed expectations.Provide recommendations for local attractions, events, and exclusive experiences to enrich the guests' itinerary.
【Job Specification】
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an International class hotel. Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment or similar role is highly desirable.Fluent in both Chinese and English (preferred).Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to create curated experiences for guests, tailoring-offerings to individual preferences.Possess a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and respond to guests' needs.Proficient in Microsoft Word and other relevant office applicationsFlexibility to work irregular hours and weekends, adapting to the needs of the guests.
