· Develop hotel’s total social strategy, of which social media publishing is just one part, to support and achieve hotel’s overall business goals. Develop, measure and assist in executing social media activity, including assisting Director of Marketing Communications to put together creative strategies to grow fan base. Work with agency on tagging and monitoring social media performance using approved tools. Drive/evaluate business case documents put together by hotels for use on WeChat, Weibo, Yammer or other social media channel requests.

· Lead hotel’s Social CRM / Social Guest Service programs to improve guest satisfaction by increasing guest engagement, and decreasing response time, over social media.

· Leverage AccorHotels Corporate online marketing resources, channels and platforms such as promotional AccorHotels.com / Fairmont.com banners and loyalty program emails to promote bookings.
增加雅高官网线上推广资源及渠道,如雅高官网、费尔蒙品牌网横幅及会员邮件推广等。
· Work with and manage agency for mini-site development projects as necessary/needed – for F&B, weddings, etc.
与合作代理公司共同开发针对餐饮、婚宴推广的mini网站项目。
Qualifiled/职位要求
· Must have an understanding of web analytics, ability and affinity toward data interpretation.
了解掌握网络分析,数据分析的相关专业知识。
· Develop and communicate digital and e-commerce performance to hotel leadership.
为酒店管理层提供电子商务业绩表现分析。
· Search engine marketing experience desired.

· Language requirements: Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
