Director of Sales 销售总监

· Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales and Marketing to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing on potential markets needing coverage.
在市场销售总监的直接批准下对主要市场的地区制定销售拜访计划，对一些特别地区的市场进行电话销售，向市场销售总监汇报潜在市场客户的需求范围。
· Liaises closely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads / inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order to convert the leads / inquiries to confirmed events.
在跟进处理一些生意或客户询价时，与销售团队保持紧密的联络与沟通（包括运用合理的价格策略，处理特别要求等），最终落实生意机会。
· Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, rooms, F&B and events, and report to DOSM regularly.
了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息，包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等，并定期向市场销售总监汇报。
· Provides feed-back on market trends & keeps updated on client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Sales Managers and DOSM.
在与销售经理和市场销售总监紧密的沟通下，及时反馈市场讯息，保持与客户良好的关系及确保业绩目标的更新。
· Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
尽可能地最大化升级销售额。
· Forecasts group room night and banquet revenue.
对团队及宴会收入进行有效的预测。
· Participates in relationship building visitations when necessary.
根据需要安排销售拜访客户。
· Supervises Sales Managers in preparing proposals / contracts for events as required.
根据需要在销售经理或代表制定团队报价或合同时进行必要的监督和指导。
· Conducts site inspections with potential clients when Sales Managers / Coordinator are not available.
在销售经理和协调员没有时间的情况下，引领有潜力的客户做酒店视察。
· Actively participates in achieving the Marketing budget.
积极参与市场计划的制定并协作达到预算。
· Maintains close and frequent communication with the Director of Sales and Marketing in order to maximize the hotel profit through effective yield and space management.
通过有效的收益产出管理保持与市场销售总监紧密的沟通使酒店收入最大化。
