1. Cleaning up the
dormitory

Clean the public area of the dormitory, sweep
the floor of corridors and clear the rubbish.
打扫员工宿舍公共区域，楼道、走廊的地面卫生和垃圾清理。

Replace beddings for associates and bring them
to hotel laundry for washing.
更换员工床上用品并送到洗衣房洗涤。
2. Keeping the
dormitory clean
保持宿舍清洁
a.
Keep all the areas which belong to your job
duty clean and hygienic.
保持所有属于工作范围内的区域卫生清洁。
b.
Clean the door of every room and keep it
hygienic.
清洁并保持每间宿舍的门的卫生。
c.
Check the hygiene of the dormitory every day.
Urge associates to clean their rooms. Ensure articles in every room are placed
tidily.
每天检查宿舍内卫生，督促员工进行清理，保证宿舍内物品整齐摆放。
3.
Keep a log of check-in and check-out
入住、退房登记工作
a.
Handle the check-in, extend keys and beddings
to associates and keep a record.
负责办理入住手续，发放钥匙及床上用品并登记。
b.
Handle the check-out, reclaim keys and
beddings from associates and keep a record.
负责办理退房手续，回收钥匙及床上用品并登记。
c.
Report the check-in and check-out to HR
Officer immediately.
及时报告人力资源主任入住和退房的状态。
d.
Assist in dormitory access permit issuance.
协助办理宿舍出入证。
4.
Checking
检查
a.
Check the daily inhabitation. Avoid male and
female going to the heterosexual room and avoid associates staying away from
dormitory at night.
检查每日员工住宿情况，杜绝男女互窜宿舍及夜不归宿。
a.
Check the usage of water and electricity in
dormitory. Avoid waste and using wirings which are not allowed to use in
dormitory.
检查宿舍内水电的使用，杜绝浪费和使用规定外的电器。
b.
Check the fire protection equipment in
dormitory and avoid potential fire danger.
检查宿舍内相关消防设备，杜绝火灾隐患。
2.
Others

a.
Keep a good communication with Engineering and
assist them in repairing and changing equipment.
保持与工程部的良好沟通，协助维修更换设施设备。
b.
Check and record the water meter data and
ammeter data and send the data to HR department in time.
检查并记录每月水电表读数，及时交酒店人力资源部。
c.
Any other duties assigned by HR Manager.
其他人力资源经理分派的相关工作。
