Attentive service to guests, resolving guest complaints as far as possible, and reporting all incidents to superiors

Specific knowledge of the menu, including daily specials

Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties on behalf of the hotel, brand and company

Hold an alcoholic Beverage Knowledge Course certificate or a Food service permit or a valid health or food service permit as required by the local government
