Be responsible for the daily operation andmanagement of the ClubLounge, ensuring to provide personalized services for VIPcustomers.
2)监督行政楼层接待员、管家、清洁人员等的工作,确保服务质量。
Supervise the work of the receptionists, housekeepers,cleaners and other employee in the ClubLounge, and ensure the quality of service.
3)负责行政楼层客人办理入住和退房,以及到店之前的房间和备品准备。
Responsible for handling the check-in andcheck-out procedures for guests on the ClubLounge, as well as preparing the rooms and amenities before the guestsarrive.
4)管理行政楼层的客房、餐饮、会议及商务服务,确保符合五星级标准。
Manage the rooms, food & beverage,conferences and business services of theClub Lounge, and ensure they follow the luxury standards.
5)处理行政楼层客人的特殊需求,提供贴心服务。
Handle the special needs of guests in the Club Lounge and provideattentive service.
6)与前台、餐饮、工程等部门协调,确保行政楼层运作顺畅。
Coordinate with the front desk, food & beverage,engineering and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Club Lounge.
7)负责行政楼层的卫生、设施维护和客户满意度管理。
Responsible for the hygiene, facilitymaintenance and customer satisfaction management of the Club Lounge.
