2)提供酒店服务信息、客房预订、旅游咨询等服务。
Provide hotel service information, roomreservations, travel consultation and other services.
3)处理客户投诉与特殊需求,确保客户满意度。
Handle customer complaints and special requeststo ensure customer satisfaction.
4)与客房、餐饮、工程等部门沟通,确保客户信息准确传递。
Communicate with the housekeeping, food &beverage, engineering and other departments to ensure the accurate transmissionof customer information.
5)负责前台区域的整洁、秩序与安全。
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness,order and security of the front area.
6)熟悉酒店系统操作,确保数据准确无误。
Be familiar with the operation of the hotelsystem and ensure the accuracy of the data.
7)负责夜审和报表的完善。
Responsible for night audits and theimprovement of reports.
8)负责VIP客人的房间和备品准备。
Responsible for the preparation of rooms andamenities for VIP guests.
