3)处理行政楼层客人的特殊需求,确保个性化服务。
Handle the special needs of guests in the Club Lounge and ensurepersonalized service.
4)与前台、客房、餐饮等部门协调,确保服务流程顺畅。
Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping,and food & beverage to ensure a smooth service process.
5)管理行政楼层的客户资料与服务记录。
Manage the customer information and servicerecords of the Club Lounge.
6)保持行政楼层区域的整洁、安全与秩序。
Maintain the cleanliness, safety and order ofthe administrative floor area.
7)负责行政楼层酒水和玻瓷银的盘点和报损。
Responsible for the inventory and lossreporting of beverages and porcelain silver in the Club Lounge.
8)负责行政楼层客人的房间和备品准备。
Responsible for the room and suppliespreparation for guests on the ClubLounge.
