2)协助客人办理入住、退房手续,提供酒店服务信息。
Assist guests in completing check-in andcheck-out procedures, and provide information about hotel services.
3)管理行李寄存与领取,确保安全与准确。
Manage luggage storage and retrieval, ensuringsafety and accuracy.
4)处理客户投诉与突发事件,及时响应并妥善处理。
Handle customer complaints and emergenciespromptly and properly respond and deal with them.
5)与前台、客房、安保等部门沟通,确保服务顺畅。
Communicate with the front desk, housekeeping,security and other departments to ensure smooth service.
6)保持良好的职业形象,维护酒店服务品质。
Maintain a good professional image and ensurethe quality of hotel services.
