Be able to provide efficient and professionalservice for VIP guests, ensure to provide considerate service to VIP guests onthe premise of meeting hotel service standards, and make VIP guests feelcomfortable and satisfied.
2)与前台、客房、餐饮等部门协调,确保 VIP 得到满意的全流程服务。
Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping,and food & beverage, ensure that VIPs receive satisfactory services throughout the entireprocess.
3)在 VIP 接待工作以外,支持和协助各个餐厅及宴会的运营服务工作。
Besides VIP reception also need to support andassist the operation and service of restaurants and banquets.
4)负责各个餐厅客人的满意度调查,维护良好的客户关系。
Responsible for the customer satisfactionsurvey of each restaurant, maintain good customer relationship.
5)协助完成餐厅每日的VIP接待任务,为客人提供优质的服务,发展良好的客户关系,满足客户特殊需求,处理各类宾客投诉。
Assist to complete daily VIP reception tasks,provide high quality service for customers, develop good customer relationship,meet customers' special needs, and handle all kinds of complaints.
