4)与酒店各部门沟通,确保客户信息及时传递。
Communicate with all departments of the hotelto ensure that customer information is promptly conveyed.
5)处理客户投诉和紧急情况,提供及时响应。
Handle customer complaints and emergencies, andprovide prompt responses.
6)对宾客体验进行电话回访,配合前厅部提升宾客满意度。
Conduct telephone follow-ups with guests toenhance their satisfaction, in collaboration with the front office.
